Senior Wind Ensemble
CMA's Senior Wind Ensemble is open to students who have already passed ABRSM Grade 5 or equivalent on any Woodwind, Brass or Percussion Instrument. The ensemble has had many notable performances over the last few years, including Expo 2020, Hammour House, a Disney MENA event, Akademy Dubai, performances at Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children as well as an international tour to Florida, USA where they performed in concerts and workshops at Walt Disney World, Full Sail University and participated in Disney's Imagination Campus Programme.
The ensemble is conducted by Brian Cunninghamand they rehearse on Sundays at our Centre. The group has several exciting performance opportunities coming up in this academic year, including DIFC Art Nights, COP 28 at Expo City and a retreat to Yas and Saadiyat Island in February 2024.
