Centre for Musical Arts (CMA) Schools Music Service

CMA is proud to partner with Dubai's leading schools to bring our instrumental and vocal music lessons directly to students during the school day. Our Peripatetic Schools Music Service makes it easy and convenient for your child to discover the joy of music.

What We Offer

  • Convenient Lessons: Our 30 minute individual or group lessons take place at your childs school, seamlessly fitting into the school day. Lessons are scheduled on a rotational basis to minimise impact on classroom learning.
  • Specialist Instrumental Teaching: Our team of dedicated professional music specialists provide tuition on all instruments, as well as voice lessons, subject to registration demand in each school.
  • Stay Connected: Teachers keep students and parents updated with regular communication via Google Classroom
  • Lesson Routine: A termly lesson schedule is shared to ensure students are in a routine for their lessons.
  • Engagement: Students become engaged and part of the fabric of the musical community within their school.
  • Ensembles: CMA’s programme of ensembles is open for the whole musical community, and students from our Partner Schools are welcome to join. Ensembles are not auditioned, but participation and commitment is a key element of their success.
  • Performance Opportunities: Students are encouraged to participate in ensemble groups, recitals, performances and competitions provided by CMA and the school.

Elevate Your Musical Journey

For students who want to take their skills to the next level, CMA offers a clear path to musical excellence. We are a registered examination center for ABRSM, Trinity, Trinity Rock and Pop, and Rockschool examination boards. Students can pursue both traditional and performance grades, with our teachers providing expert guidance every step of the way. While examinations are not a requirement, they offer a great way for students to focus their learning and achieve a sense of accomplishment. At the higher Grades (6-8), each examination board offers UCAS points for examination success which can contribute to university applications.
