CMA Junior String Ensemble
The CMA Junior String Ensemble has grown and developed in the past year to achieve some fantastic performances, including at the Sikka Art and Design Fair, and a performance at The Gallery at New Covent Garden in Mall of the Emirates. Aimed at students who learn bowed string instruments (Violin, Viola, Cello) this ensemble will take students on a musical journey through many different styles, including classical, cinema and contemporary.
The Junior String Ensemble wil collaborate with the Junior Wind Ensemble in order to create the CMA Orchestra for select performances.
Day and Time: Sundays from 11:45am - 1:15pm starting on Sunday 31st August
Venue: Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children - Multi Purpose Room
Level: ABRSM/ Trinity Grade 1 - Grade 5 or equivalent.
Instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass
Cost: Dhs 350 per term.
