Amelia’s passion for music started when she was 8 years old. At the age of 10, she won the young musician award in the south west of England. She played the flute for the Devon Youth Orchestra and frequently performed at the Dartington Summer School and Festival.

Amelia continued her journey in music at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama graduating with a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance. Whilst in Cardiff she played for various ensembles and was involved with many Welsh National Opera workshops.

With 20 years of experience teaching the Flute and Saxophone in Dubai she has built a strong reputation for taking her students right through their musical career from beginners to diploma and degree level.

Amelia plays in many of the UAE orchestras and ensembles , NYO, the opening of the Burj Khalifa and museum of the future to name a few.
