Carmen Tsang
Originally from Hong Kong, Carmen studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London with James Baillieu and Michael Dussek. She was awarded the Professional Diploma specialising as a Repetiteur and went on further to complete a Master of Arts in Chamber Music, as well as a Licenciate in Teaching from the Academy where she was studying under Paul Harris.
After her time in London, Carmen traveled to Italy in 2020 where she embarked on a traineeship programme as a repetiteur and opera coach at the Conservatorio Arrigo Boito di Parma. During her traineeship in Italy, she served as the pianist and a coach for several opera productions including Puccini’s Tosca, Rossini’s La scala di seta and Mozart's Don Giovanni.
Carmen has been teaching piano, singing and flute to students of all ages for over two decades. She is well versed in teaching as well as accompanying ABRSM and Trinity exams.
Carmen enjoys coaching young singers and engaging in musical productions for children, where she has coached vocals and piano.
