Having lived in Dubai since 2012, Roland is a well known Drum and Guitar teacher. A specialist in the ‘Rockschool’ programme, Roland has a wealth of experience in inspiring excellence in young musicians. He was the music Director at the Benedict School of Music in the Philippines from 2007 to 2012, where he conducted and directed various student concerts and musical events.

A well-rounded Musician, Composer, Arranger and Band Leader; he has 20 years experience in playing various styles including Pop, Rock, Metal, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Latin, Gospel & Fusion. An experienced educator for over two decades, Roland takes pride in developing his student's potential and allowing them to achieve the highest possible standards. 

Roland has developed his own series of tutor books designed to supplement the work included in Trinity & Rockschool Examination materials. These materials cater to a fast and interactive curriculum-based approach for beginners up to advanced lessons that can provide high efficacy outcomes in both performance and international exam results.
